No shocking result in a game when fifth rankedChanson V-M (8-3) defeated on the road 12th ranked Himeji E. (2-9) 98-81 on Sunday. Chanson V-M dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Himeji E. 's 48. They outrebounded Himeji E. 45-32 including 18 on the offensive glass. Chanson V-M looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Himeji E. 's players. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Izoje Uche (188-2004) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 12 rebounds (on 16-of-18 shooting from the field) and the former international point guard Kuke Haruka (166-1995) who added 7 points, 6 rebounds and 11 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was point guard Aoi Ishimaki (165-2000) with 22 points and center Yume Kamada (175-1997) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Four Himeji E. players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Chanson V-M have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 8-3 record. Himeji E. lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh place with nine games lost. They share the position with Yamanashi QB.
