Regular Season Round 50: San-en NP - Shinshu BW 63-68

Rather predictable result in Hamamatsu where fourth ranked Shinshu BW (22-27) beat 6th ranked San-en NP (18-31) 68-63 on Saturday. American Anthony McHenry (202-1983, college: Georgia Tech) had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 16 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Ko Kumagai (173-1996) chipped in 22 points and 4 assists during the contest. American center Kyle OQuinn (206-1990, college: Norfolk St., agency: Pensack Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists and his fellow American import center Isaiah Hicks (206-1994, college: UNC) scored 22 points and 9 rebounds. San-en NP's coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Shinshu BW maintains fourth position with 22-27 record. Loser San-en NP keeps the sixth place with 31 games lost. They share the position with Kyoto H.. Shinshu BW will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. San-en NP will play again against Shinshu BW (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
