Rather predictable result in Hyogo where first ranked Chiba (31-9) defeated 5th ranked Nishinomiya S. (18-22) 91-87 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was American forward Leo Lyons (206-1987, college: Missouri) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. The other American import Brandon Ashley (206-1994, college: Arizona) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points, 11 rebounds and 4 blocks. Five Chiba players scored in double figures. Chiba's coach used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Slovenian center Ziga Dimec (210-1993) produced 30 points and 9 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) and American forward Jordan Hamilton (201-1990, college: Texas) added 14 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists respectively for the hosts.
