Leader Shizuoka delivered the twenty second victory on Friday night. This time they beat 15th ranked Tachikawa (6-18) 70-60. Shizuoka forced 19 Tachikawa turnovers. Argentinian forward Alexis Elsener (195-1988, agency: Interperformances) scored 23 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American center Kenny Lawson (207-1988, college: Creighton) chipped in 16 points and 9 rebounds during the contest.
