Very expected game in Kawasaki where 7th ranked Aishin AW (4-8) was rolled over by top-ranked Fujitsu RW (12-0) 67-45 on Sunday. Fujitsu RW outrebounded Aishin AW 47-32 including 18 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Yuki Miyazawa (183-93, college: Queens, NY) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 11 points and 15 rebounds and the former international power forward Monica Okoye (182-99) who added 16 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Fujitsu RW's coach BT Toews felt very confident using 11 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. The best for the losing side was forward Naoko Chikahira (182-93) with 12 points and Era Moeka (171-98) scored 7 points and 4 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Fujitsu RW have an impressive 12-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Denso I. Aishin AW lost seventh consecutive game.
