Ibaraki R. recorded a loss on the court of Akita NH on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by Akita NH 84-63. Akita NH outrebounded Ibaraki R. 46-27 including 17 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward Alex Davis (206-92, college: Fresno St.) fired a double-double by scoring 16 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. His fellow American import forward Jordan Glynn (200-89, college: SF Austin) chipped in 22 points and 9 rebounds. Canadian-Italian power forward Marc Trasolini (206-90, college: Santa Clara) produced 17 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Chehales Tapscott (195-90, college: Portland St.) added 8 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Akita NH is again looking forward to face Ibaraki R. in Mito in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Ibaraki R. will have a break next round.
