Very important is a road loss of second ranked TaiwaneseFubon Braves (2-2) against fourth ranked Hong Kong HK Eastern (1-2) on Sunday night. Visiting Fubon Braves were defeated by HK Eastern in 103-93 . HK Eastern shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 52.2 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. American forward Cameron Clark (201-1991, college: Oklahoma, agency: Slash Sports) nailed 24 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side and Croatian swingman Dominic Gilbert (198-1996, college: UBC, agency: Players Group) accounted for 18 points and 9 rebounds. Five HK Eastern players scored in double figures. HK Eastern's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American forward Troy Gillenwater (205-1988, college: NM State) came up with 26 points and 7 rebounds and the other American import guard Archie Goodwin (196-1994, college: Kentucky) added 23 points and 5 assists respectively for Fubon Braves in the defeat. It was the only win of host team this round and in all other games visitors recorded victories. HK Eastern left bottom position moving up to third place, which they share with Tochigi Brex. Fubon Braves at the other side keep the second position with two games lost.
