An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Manila. Leader TaiwanesePilots faced 4th placed Filipino Beermen . Guests from Taoyuan (2-0) defeated host Beermen (0-2) 101-85 . Pilots made 17-of-19 free shots (89.5 percent) during the game. American center Alec Brown (216-1992, college: Green Bay) stepped up and scored 27 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import guard Treveon Graham (198-1993, college: VCU) chipped in 25 points and 7 assists. Four Pilots players scored in double figures. American forward Quincy Miller-Scott (206-1992, college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports) responded with 32 points and 6 rebounds and center June Mar Fajardo (210-1989) scored 7 points and 11 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Pilots keep a position of league leader, which they share with Ryukyu and Hiroshima D. Loser Beermen still closes the standings with two games lost. They share the position with KCC Egis and HK Eastern.
