Important game to mention about took place in Anshan. Fourth rankedXiamen (7-5) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging second-best Liaoning Hengye (9-3) 74-71 on Sunday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Liaoning Hengye. Xiamen forced 21 Liaoning turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Shelby Cheslek (196-1992, college: Gonzaga, agency: LBM Management) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists and Peng Shiqing who added 18 points during the contest. Four Xiamen players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Myisha Hines-Allen (185-1996, college: Louisville) with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 21 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals and the other her fellow American import import point guard Diamond Johnson (165-1983, college: Norfolk St., agency: LBM Management) scored 14 points. Liaoning Hengye's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Xiamen maintains fourth position with 7-5 record, which they share with Shanghai. Liaoning at the other side keeps the second place with three games lost.
