Very expected game when 11th rankedGolden Bulls (2-10) were smashed by sixth ranked Swordfish (7-5) in Yiwu 97-62 on Saturday. Shanghai made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. Shanghai outrebounded Zhejiang 41-17 including a 16-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. The winners were led by American forward Ruthy Hebard (192-1998, college: Oregon) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 14 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import point guard Chennedy Carter (175-1998, college: Texas A&M) supported her with 23 points and 4 steals (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). Even 13 points and 5 assists by did not help to save the game for Zhejiang . Australian guard Stephanie Reid (168-1996, college: Buffalo) added 12 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Swordfish have a solid four-game winning streak. Shanghai moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Xiamen. Loser Golden Bulls keeps the eleventh position with ten games lost.
