Hunan made 29-of-37 free shots (78.4 percent) during the game, while HK JinNiu only scored eleven points from the stripe. American guard Dezmine Wells (196-1992, college: Maryland) scored 42 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import power forward Dakari Johnson (213-1995, college: Kentucky) chipped in 16 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. American guard Michael Ertel II (186-1999, college: UAB) responded with 36 points (!!!), 6 assists and 4 steals and Hong Kong guard Ruihong Yang (186-1997) scored 17 points and 5 rebounds. Four HK JinNiu players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
