An exciting game was when First ranked IndonesianDewa United faced second-ranked Thailand Hitech . Dewa United (4-2) defeated Hitech (3-3) 103-97 . It was a key game for the top position in the league. Dewa United players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists. American-Mexican center Joshua Ibarra (211-1995, college: HCU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 14 rebounds. American forward Troy Gillenwater (205-1988, college: NM State) contributed with 25 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!) for the winners. American guard Accheaus Fields (189-1997, college: Averett) answered with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 4 assists and American-Thailand point guard Frederick Lish (175-1988, college: USA) added 23 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists in the effort for Hitech. Five Dewa United and four Hitech players scored in double figures. Hitech's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Defending Indonesian champion maintains first place with 4-2 record. Defending Thailand champion Hitech keeps the second position with three games lost.
