They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. Metal was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Malaysian guard John Murry (194-1995, college: Austin Peay, agency: 6th Man Basketball Agency) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists. American forward Marquez Letcher-Ellis (203-1997, college: Nevada) contributed with 21 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Murry is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American guard Byron Wesley (196-1992, college: Gonzaga) answered with 28 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and point guard Uuganbayar Tumenbayar (180-1998) added 8 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Metal. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. NS Matrix maintains fourth place with 1-5 record. It was Metal 's fourth loss in a row. They keep the third position with four games lost.
