Regular Season Round 3: Singapore S. - HK Eastern 52-68

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Singapore Singapore S. (2-1) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by Hong Kong HK Eastern (3-0) 68-52. It was a great evening for Croatian-Australian swingman Dominic Gilbert (198, college: UBC, agency: BIG) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 17 rebounds. Forward Adam Xu (196-1993, college: New York U.) helped adding 12 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). The best for the losing side was American center CJ Gettys (213-1994, college: Rutgers, agency: Haylett Sports) with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 22 rebounds and the other American import swingman Kentrell Barkley (195-1996, college: ECU, agency: Haylett Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists. HK Eastern are looking forward to face Louvre S. (#6) in Surabaya in the next round. Singapore S. will play at home against Valientes and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
