Busan BNK Sum finish third in China

Busan BNK Sum - Ulaanbaatar Amazons 79-74

Busan BNK Sum claimed the third place at the Women’s Basketball League Asia. They fired past Ulaanbaatar Amazons in Dongguan today to step onto the pedestal. Sohee Lee (171-F-2000) came up with 30 points to pace the winners. Kim-Ursu Sonia (175-SG-1993) added 17 points and 9 rebounds for the Korean side.
Amazons grabbed a 26-15 lead after ten minutes of action. But BNK Sum gradually picked up the tempo. They pulled within 6 points at the final intermission. The Korean side ignited a 22-11 rally in the fourth frame to snatch the victory.
Amari Robinson (183-F/C-2000, college: Clemson) provided 29 points and 9 rebounds, while Kayleigh Truong (175-G-2001, college: Gonzaga) delivered 19 points and 8 assists for Ulaanbaator.
