VBA Round 4 (Regular Season): City Wings still not able to record any victory

There were just four rounds played in Regular Season of VBA and we can clearly see which teams will fight for top positions and which will try to avoid bottom places. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Top-ranked Dolphins blasted bottom-ranked Wings (0-2) in Nha Trang 97-74 on Thursday evening keeping the perfect record after 4 rounds. Wings is still unable to win any game. Dolphins outrebounded City Wings 54-39 including a 40-29 advantage in defensive rebounds. Dolphins looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of British forward Joe Mvuezolo (197-1996, college: Montana St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists. American forward Mykal Jenkins (202-2000, college: St.Petersburg) contributed with 21 points and 16 rebounds for the winners. American forward Chrishon Briggs (195-1995, college: CSUB) replied with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 11 rebounds for City Wings. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Dolphins have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 3-0 record behind leader Heat. City Wings at the other side still closes the standings with two games lost. Dolphins will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Bottom-ranked Dragons is still unable to win any game. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their third consecutive match to top-ranked Heat (4-0) 88-80. Worth to mention a great performance of Canadian forward Jevonnie Scott (201-2000, college: Brock) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 38 points (!!!) and 15 rebounds (made all of his ten free throws !!!) and Elijah Weaver who added 15 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. Heat's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side American guard Marquis Davison (196-2000, college: Columbus St., agency: Worldwide SM) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. Heat have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader. Dragons at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost. Heat will play against Buffaloes (#4) in Hanoi in the next round. Dragons will have a break next round.
