The defending champion Saigon Heat (VBA) confirmed in their roster 25-year-old double-passport holder Danish forward Tim Waale (191cm-1998). He played there last season. He missed last season and had a one-year break from professional basketball.
Waale has played professionally in Malaysia (Adroit) and Malaysia as well.
Among many awards, his team won the ASEAN League Regular Season in 2023. He was voted to the Asia-Basket.com All-Vietnamese VBA Honorable Mention in 2022.
