American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Kentrell Barkley (195-1996, college: ECU, agency: Haylett Sports) who helped to win the game recording a triple-double by scoring 35 points (!!!), 16 rebounds and 10 assists. Forward Hassan Thomas (203-1996, college: Emporia St.) contributed with 16 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Four Heat players scored in double figures. Power forward John Fields (205-1988, college: Tennessee, agency: Octagon Europe) answered with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 19 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and guard Sameen Swint (193-1995, college: GBC) added 31 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Warriors. Warriors' coach rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help.

Dolphins players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. American center Dominique Tham (195-1996, college: Mount Olive) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 14 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import forward Robert Sampson (203-1992, college: Georgia Tech) chipped in 21 points, 16 rebounds and 5 blocks. Sampson is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Dolphins players scored in double figures. At the losing side American center Lenny Daniel (203-1987, college: CSUN) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 18 rebounds and American-Nigerian forward Udun Osakue (198-1992, college: SF State, agency: Interperformances) scored 7 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
