Jeremy Combs (ex Rockingham F.) is a second USA added to the roster of Tokushima Gambarous

Tokushima Gambarous (B3 League) strengthened their roster with the addition of 27-year-old American 201cm power forward Jeremy Combs (college: Texas Southern) for the upcoming season. Combs joins another USA player Tavrion Dawson who is already on the roster.

He played this summer at Rockingham Flames in Australian West. In 21 NBL One North games just recently he recorded very impressive stats: 18.1ppg, 7.4rpg, 4.2apg, and 2.0spg. He was also voted League Player of the Week. The last season he played at Heat in the Vietnamese league where in 19 ASEAN League games he averaged a remarkable 15.9ppg, 9.4rpg, 3.1apg, and 1.6spg. He helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. Good year as he was also here selected League Player of the Week and voted to Asia-Basket.com All-ASEAN League Second Team.

Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Asia, and of course North America). Combs has played previously professionally in Israel (Hapoel Ramat Gan Givataim and Maccabi Hod Hasharon), Sweden (Koping Stars), and The Basketball Tournament (HBC Utd).

Among many awards, he was selected for Eurobasket.com All-Israeli National League Honorable Mention in 2022.

He graduated from Texas Southern University in 2019 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball. Combs played also for Louisiana State University for one year.
