Warriors add Fields to their roster, ex Tokyo HT- June 10, 2023
His team won Portuguese Cup in 2020 and 2021. The previous (2021-22) season he played at Tokyo (also in B3 League) where in 40 games he averaged remarkable 16.6ppg, 12.3rpg (#5 in the league), 1.1apg and 1.3bpg in that year. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week. He is quite experienced player. Fields' career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in sixteen different countries. Fields tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Belgium (Belfius Mons Hainaut and Liege Basket), Canada (Bandits), Cyprus (Apoel), Finland (Vilpas), France (Lille Metropole), Germany (46ers), Greece (Trikala), Israel (Maccabi Hod Hasharon), Lebanon (Atlas), Philippines (Hotshots and Terrafirma Dyip), Portugal (Sporting and Oliveirense), Singapore (Singapore Slingers), Czech Republic (Chomutov), Dominican Republic (Indios), Thailand (Hitech) and The Basketball Tournament (Cititeam). The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was selected Eurobasket.com All-Portuguese League Center of the Year in 2021. Fields graduated from University of Tennessee in 2011 and it will be his 13th (hopefully lucky) (!!!) season as a professional player. His team won Portuguese Cup in 2020 and 2021. He played also for University of North Carolina Wilmington for 2 years. On Fields: Very long and agile with an instinctive shot blocking ability. Fields is a extremely athletic player eith excellent pick n roll moves and a great rim protector.
