    Thang Long Warriors upset Can Tho Catfish and forced the decisive fifth game in the championship series. The game was mostly controlled by Thang Long W.. Can Tho CF managed to win second period 20-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Thang Long W. forced 32 Can Tho CF turnovers and outrebounded them 53-37 including a 22-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Jaywuan Hill (203-89, college: SW Baptist) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 32 points and 21 rebounds. Naturalized American power forward Justin Young (201, college: Cal Poly Pomona) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Five Thang Long W. players scored in double figures. American power forward DeAngelo Hamilton (203-90, college: Washington St., agency: Inception Sports) replied with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks and point guard Thanh Le-Hieu (180) added 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Can Tho CF. Can Tho CF's coach rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
