Kenan Kamenjas (ex Buducnost) agreed terms with Dubai

BC Dubai (Adriatic League) inked 25-year old Bosnian international 207cm center Kenan Kamenjas for upcoming season. Kamenjas has played for the last two years at Buducnost in Montenegrin Erste Liga. He managed to play in three leagues last year (!!!). The team played in three different competitions that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 39 ABA League games he recorded 11.8ppg, 7.4rpg and 1.9apg. Good season as he was voted League Player of the Week (2 times). Kamenjas also played 4 games in Erste Liga where he averaged impressive 15.8ppg, 10.5rpg and 2.5apg. He helped them to win the league title and the cup. Great season indeed as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Montenegrin League Player of the Year, Finals MVP and Center of the Year. And finally he contributed to 19 games in Eurocup where he got 10.7ppg, 6.3rpg (leader !!!), 2.1apg and 1.1spg.
Kamenjas has been also a member of Bosnia and Herzegovina international program for some years. He has regularly played for Bosnia and Herzegovina senior team since 2018 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2017.
Kamenjas also represented Bosnia at the European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U18 in Slovakia eight years ago. His stats at that event were 7 games: 4.6ppg, 5.1rpg, 1.0apg.
He has played previously professionally in Bosnia (Spars and Travnik). he selected toEurobasket.com All-Bosnia and Herzegovina League Best Young Player of the Year back in 2019 and 2021.
