BC Dubai (Adriatic League) inked 26-year old Bosnian international 205cm swingman Dzanan Musa for upcoming season. Musa has played for the last three years at Real Madrid in Spanish Liga Endesa. In 36 games he recorded 12.9ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.4apg last season. He helped them to win the league title. Great season indeed as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Spanish League All-Bosmans Team, League Player of the Week and Eurobasket.com All-Spanish League Second Team. Musa also played 35 games in Euroleague where he averaged 12.2ppg, 2.9rpg and 2.0apg. He contributed to his team making it to the quarterfinals.
In 2018 he was drafted by Brooklyn Nets (NBA) in first round (29th overall).
Musa has been also a member of Bosnia and Herzegovina international program for some years. He has regularly played for Bosnia and Herzegovina senior team since 2016 and previously for U17 National Team back in 2016.
Musa also represented Bosnia at the European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U18 in Samsun (Turkey) nine years ago. His stats at that event were 6 games: Score-1(20.2ppg), 6.8rpg, 3.3apg, 1.5spg, FGP: 51.7%, 3PT: 21.4%, FT: 71.7%.
He is a very experienced player. Musa has played also professionally in Croatia (Cedevita and Zabok), Italy, NBA (Detroit Pistons), Bosnia (Mostar) and NBA G League (Long Island Nets). He was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Spanish League Forward of the Year in 2022 and 2023.
