Prepelic re-signs at Dubai

Klemen Prepelic

BC Dubai (Adriatic League) confirmed in their roster 32-year-old Slovenian international shooting guard Klemen Prepelic (191cm-1992) for the upcoming 2025-26 season. He played there last season. In 35 ABA League games, he had 11.3ppg, 3.2rpg, 4.6apg, and 1.0spg. His team made it to the Adriatic League Semifinals in 2025.
During the 2023-24 season, he played for Galatasaray in the Turkish league. He appeared in 20 games in the Turkish BSL, averaging 14.2ppg, 2.9rpg, and 5.6apg. He was honored with a spot on the Eurobasket.com All-Turkish BSL Honorable Mention team for his performance that year. He also briefly played for Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana in the Slovenian league.
Prepelic has been a member of the Slovenian international program for some years. He has regularly played for the Slovenian senior team since 2013 and previously for the Under 20 National Team in 2012.
Prepelic also represented Slovenia at the FIBA Olympic Games Qualifying Tournament in Piraeus (Greece) last year. During this event, he scored an average of 13 ppg and had 2 rpg.
He is quite an experienced player. Prepelic has played in France (Metropolitans), Germany (EWE Baskets), Italy, Spain (Real Madrid, Joventut, and Valencia), Turkey (Bandirma), and Slovenia (Petrol Olimpija Ljubljana, Helios Suns, and Branik). His team made it to the Adriatic League Semifinals in 2025.
