BC Dubai (Adriatic League) re-signed 29-year-old American 188cm point guard Nate Mason (college: Minnesota) for the new season. He played there last season. In 35 ABA League games, he averaged 11.1ppg, 2.1rpg, and 4.3apg. It was a good season as he was voted League Player of the Week. His team made it to the Adriatic League Semifinals in 2025. He was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Adriatic League Honorable Mention in 2025.
During the 2023-24 season, Mason played for Merkezefendi in the Turkish league. He also played for Le Mans in the French league.
He is a very experienced player, thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in ten different countries playing on four different continents. Mason is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American and of course North American leagues. He has played previously professionally in China (Loong Lions), France, Germany (Chemnitz), Israel (Hapoel Eilat), Puerto Rico (Atleticos), Russia (Avtodor), Turkey, NBA G League (Texas Legends), NBA Summer League (Phoenix Suns) and The Basketball Tournament (Team CP3).
Mason graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2018 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball. His team made it to the Adriatic League Semifinals in 2025. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Adriatic League Honorable Mention in 2025.
