Shabab Al Ahli Dubai (ULB) signed 28-year old American forward Josh Hawley (202cm-95kg-1996, college: Tarleton State) for upcoming Asia Champions Cup. Hawley joins another USA player Jermaine Love who is already in the roster.
He played last season at Bnei Hertzeliya in Israeli Winner League. In 30 games he had 7.8ppg, 6.7rpg, 1.1apg and 1.7spg. He helped them to make it to the Israeli Winner Cup Semifinals.
The previous (2023-24) season he played at ADA Blois in French Betclic ELITE ProA where in 18 games he recorded 9.1ppg, 5.7rpg, 1.1apg and 1.0spg in that year.
He has played also professionally in Georgia (Vera), Germany (ratiopharm Ulm) and Romania (Craiova).
Hawley was voted All-LSC Defensive Player of the Year back in 2019.
He graduated from Tarleton State in 2020 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player.
