UAE topple Kuwait at GCC Championship

UAE improved at 3-1 record at GCC Championship in Doha. They rallied past Kuwait yesterday. Amal Gamal stepped up with 13 points and 15 rebounds for UAE. Kuwait suffered the third loss in a row.
UAE earned a 7:2 lead ten minutes into the game. Kuwait bounced back in the second term. They cut the deficit to a single point at halftime 13:14. Kuwait erased the deficit in the third term as the teams entered the final period tied at 21. But UAE exploded with 20 points in the fourth quarter and sealed the winning outcome at the end. Fatfa Almodrab accounted for 9 points, while Ziekha Abdulla finished with 6 in the victory. Mariam Ali replied with 7 points for Kuwait. Esha Adnan and Atlaf Mousaed provided 4 points each in the loss.
