JUSTIN CARTER

Banco di Sardegna Sassari (Serie A) tabbed 31-year old American swingman Justin Carter (193-87, college: Creighton, agency: Pensack Sports). He started the season at Ahli Shabab in UAE D1 league. The last season Carter played at BK Astana (National League) in league where in 6 games he averaged 13.8ppg, 7.2rpg, 4.7apg and 2.3spg. He helped them to win the league title and the cup. Carter also played 22 games in VTB United League where he had very impressive stats: 17.0ppg, 5.3rpg, 3.9apg and 1.6spg. He can count that season as a very successful as was selected to VTB United League All-Star Game.
Among other achievements he received Asia-Basket.com All-FIBA Asia Champions Cup 1st Team award in 2017.
Carter is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in six different countries playing on four different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American and of course North American leagues. Carter has played previously professionally in China (Guandong Tigers), Israel (Maccabi Kiryat Gat), Russia, Slovakia (Vahostav-Zilina), Turkey (Pinar Karsiyaka, Galatasaray, Tire Gucu, Vestel and Usak Sportlif) and Venezuela (Bucaneros).
He attended Creighton University until 2010 and it is his ninth season in pro basketball.

Al-Wahda basketball team beat the United Arab Emirates national team 85-76 in the match held Monday at Maktoum bin Mohammed Hall in Dubai as part of the 30th Dubai International Basketball Championship.
