Isaiah Austin (ex Panteras) added to the roster of Al Naser

Isaiah Austin

Al Naser Dubai (ULB) strengthened their roster with addition of 27-year old American center Isaiah Austin (216-102kg-93, college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports). He joins another USA player O'Darien Bassett who is already in the roster.
Austin played in the summer at Panteras in Mexican LNBP. This season he played at Aguascalientes (CIMEBA) in Mexican league.
Austin is a very experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America) in seven different countries. Austin has played previously professionally in China (Monkey Kings and Guangxi), Lebanon (Beirut Club and Champville), Philippines (Pilipinas), Puerto Rico (Mets), Serbia (Crvena Zvezda and KK FMP Beograd), Taiwan (Yulon Luxgen) and The Basketball Tournament (Loyalty is Love and Heartfire).
Among many awards Austin played in the final of Arab Club Championships in 2019. He received also Asia-Basket.com All-Chinese NBL Center of the Year award between 2017 and 2018.
He attended Baylor University until 2014 and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
