Elijah Tillman gets MVP of the Week award for Thailand BTL

Experienced American Elijah Tillman (203-C-1994) had a great game in the last round for Thai General Equipment and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 31-year old center had a double-double of 51 points and 16 rebounds, while his team beat Banvas (#9, 1-3) 97-82. THE maintains the 3rd position in Thailand BTL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. TGE will need more victories to improve their 3-1 record. In the team's last game Tillman had a remarkable 87.5% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at THE, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Goldey-Beacom College graduate has very impressive stats this year. Tillman is in league's top in points (3rd best: 31.3ppg), rebounds (3rd best: 16.5rpg) and averages solid 2.8bpg,64.8% FGP and 46.2% from behind 3-point line.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was Pakistani Zain Khan of PNRU. Khan impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 26 points and 19 rebounds. Of course he led PNRU to another comfortable win 93-78 over Sripatum Uni. (1-3) being unquestionably team leader. This victory allowed PNRU to move up to 6th position in the standings. 3 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory PNRU managed to get this year. Khan is one of the most experienced players at PNRU and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was American Eric Freeman (202-F-1997) of Shoot it Dragons (#5). Freeman scored 28 points and grabbed 16 rebounds (!!!). Despite Freeman's great performance the Dragons lost 83-90 to the league's current leader Hitech (#2, 4-0). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Shoot it Dragons needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 2 victories and 2 lost games. Freeman has a great season in Thailand. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 26.8ppg (5th best) and rebounds with 18.3rpg (#1 in league).
