Martin Breunig

Sluc Nancy Basket Pro (Betclic ELITE ProA) has agreed terms with 33-year-old Thailand-German international power forward Martin Breunig (203cm-103kg-1992, college: Montana) for the new 2025-26 season. He has played for the last three years at SYNTAINICS MBC Weissenfels in the German BBL league. In 19 games, he had 10.8ppg, 4.8rpg, and 1.8apg last season, helping them win the cup.
Breunig also represented Thailand at the FIBA Asia Cup 2025 Qualifiers this year. Breunig's team won Bronze and he averaged over 15 ppg.
He has played professionally in Germany for EnBW Ludwigsburg, Telekom Baskets, and EWE Baskets.
Breunig was voted to the German Bundesliga All-Star Game in 2019.
He graduated from the University of Montana in 2016 and it will be his tenth season as a professional player. Breunig played for other colleges such as The University of Washington and the U.S. Military Academy.
