TEBA top team - Coyotes (7-0) added another victory to their record on Sunday. This time they beat fifth ranked Crocodiles (1-4) 102-97. It was a great evening for American guard Jaron Kirkley (191-1997, college: Whitman) who led his team to a victory scoring 29 points and 7 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Accheaus Fields (187-1997, college: Averett) helped adding 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side American guard Jamarcus Clark (196, college: BMCU) responded with a triple-double by scoring 27 points, 17 rebounds and 12 assists. Undefeated Coyotes have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 7-0 record. Newly promoted Crocodiles keep the fifth position with four games lost.
Bottom-ranked Manta Rays (0-5) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their fifth consecutive match to fifth ranked Raptors (2-5) 120-72. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Marius Hopkins (190, college: S.Suburban JC) who led the winners with a triple-double by scoring 26 points, 20 rebounds, 13 assists and 5 steals. Darrius Austin accounted for 29 points, 21 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 blocks. American point guard PJ Gill (183, college: ODU) came up with 26 points, 8 assists and 4 steals for Manta Rays in the defeat. Raptors moved-up to fourth place. Manta Rays lost their fifth game in a row. Manta Rays at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with five games lost.




Raptors - Manta Rays 120-72

Bottom-ranked Manta Rays (0-5) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their fifth consecutive match to fifth ranked Raptors (2-5) 120-72. Raptors dominated down low during the game scoring 80 of its points in the paint compared to Manta Rays' 48. They outrebounded Manta Rays 56-30 including a 40-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Raptors players were unselfish on offense dishing 33 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Manta Rays' players.
