Miller number one in Thailand TBL for round 5 (by Hoops Agents)

American Center Raymond Miller (204-C-1988, agency: Interperformances) had a very impressive game in the last round for Suphanburi Mammoth, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5 (Second Stage).
The 36-year old player had a double-double of 27 points and 24 rebounds, while his team edged out Thunders (#5, 7-7) 84-81. Mammoth maintains the 4th position in Thailand TBL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier in Second Stage. Mammoth will need more victories to improve their 8-6 record. Miller turned to be Mammoth's top player in his first season with the team. Raymond Miller averages this season 25.2ppg and 18.3rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was Nattapat Biasumrit of league's leader Dunkin' Raptors. Biasumrit had a very good evening with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course he led Dunkin' Raptors to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked T-REX (#6, 5-9) 76-52. Of course Dunkin' Raptors still keep the league's top spot. He plays for the best team in the league and Dunkin' Raptors managed to win all 14 games keeping a perfect record. Biasumrit is a newcomer at Dunkin' Raptors, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Mammoth's star - Filipino forward Mark Anthony Acosta (193-F-1988). Acosta scored 26 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. He was another key player of Suphanburi Mammoth, helping his team with a 84-81 win against slightly lower-ranked Thunders (#5, 7-7). Mammoth needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 8 victories and 6 lost games. Acosta has a great season in Thailand. After 14 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.8ppg (4th best).
