Tyler Lamb was the best scorer of the day in the world yesterday with the 42 points he had in Hitech

42 points scored by 34 year old American guard Tyler Lamb (195-G-1991, college: LBSU) made him the highest scoring player of the day in the world. His team Hitech beat the Shoot it Dragons 100 to 76. He also added 4 assists that evening. Lamb is the 6th best scorer in the league averaging almost 25 points and 5 rebounds per game. 9 out of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges.
He has played also professionally in Hong Kong (HK Eastern and Tycoon), and Taiwan (TB Herobears).
He also represented Thailand at the Asian Games in Huangzhou (China) last year. During this event he scored an average of 19.3 points per game and had 3.3 rebounds per game.
Among many awards his team won the ASEAN League Regular Season in 2017 and 2020. He was selected to the Asia-Basket.com All-Thailand Basketball League Second Team back in 2018. Lamb was also selected as the Asia-Basket.com All-ASEAN League Honorable Mention between 2017 and 2020.
