Fields number one in Thailand BTL for round 14 (by Hoops Agents)

American Guard Accheaus Fields (187-G-1997) had a great game in the last round for Shoot it Dragons, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 27-year old player had a double-double of 32 points and 15 rebounds, while his team beat Warriors (#7, 2-12) 95-81. Shoot it Dragons maintains the 4th position in Thailand BTL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Shoot it Dragons will need more victories to improve their 8-6 record. Fields has many years of experience at Shoot it Dragons, through which he has constantly improved. Former Averett University star has very solid stats this year. Fields is in league's top in points (4th best: 26.1ppg), rebounds (5th best: 10.9rpg), assists (8th best: 5.2apg) and averages impressive 3.1spg.

The second best player in last round's games was young American John Fields (205-F/C-1988) of league's leader Hitech Bangkok City. Fields had a very good evening with a double-double of 29 points and 19 rebounds. Bad luck as Hitech was edged by the lower-ranked Banvas (#5, 8-6) 92-90. Hitech managed to keep the same 1st spot in the standings. It was just his team's 2nd loss this season, while they won 12 other games. Fields is one of the most experienced players at Hitech and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.8ppg (#4). He also registered 15.3 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was Canadian swingman Kareem Jackson (195-G/F) of Warriors Thailand (#7). Jackson got into 30-points club by scoring 37 points in the last round. He went also for twenty six rebounds . Despite Jackson's great performance the Warriors lost 81-95 to the higher-ranked Shoot it Dragons (#4, 8-6). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Warriors can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 2-12 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Jackson has individually a great season in Thailand. After 12 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 33.1ppg (2nd best), rebounds with 23.7rpg (#1 in league) and assists with 6.2apg (4th best).

9. Charles Christien (216-F/C-1981) of Banvas - 24 points, 16 rebounds and 3 assists
10. Takamin Sirijariyaporn (181-G-1997) of CT Tiger - 16 points, 2 rebounds and 6 assists
