Afril Bernardino (165-G-1991) paces Philippines past Thailand at the Southeast Asian Games. She collected 20 points and 16 rebounds as Philippines won 97-81.
Philippines ensured a quick start and led 22-16 at the end of the first period. They nailed massive 35 points in the second frame and achieved another win. Stefanie Berberabe (160-G) and Katrina Guytingco (1997) scored 10 points each for the winners. Lumdabpang Thunchanok replied with 14 points in a loss, whilst Thidaporn Maihom (170-F-1993) and Yada Sriharaksa (180-F/C-2001) had 13 apiece.
