Hi-Tech have won Basketball Thailand Open 2018 beating TGE 71-65. Hi-Tech grabbed an early 26-20 lead, while TGE replied with a 24-16 rally to take a 44-42 halftime advantage. In the second half Hi -Tech delivered two narrow wins for the final success.
Natthakan Muangbun top-scored for the winners with 16 points and Chanathip Chakwale followed him with 15. Natthaphon Koopradit answered with 19 points in the losing effort, whilst Anucha Langsui (198-F-93) had 14.

Luang - Hitech 74-101 Hitech rallied past Luang to sweep the series. Hitech dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Luang's 26. Hitech forced 20 Luang turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 33 assists comparing to just 20 passes made by Luang's players. Hitech - Luang 88-74 Hitech outscored Luang in the opener. Hitech forced 19 Luang turnovers and had a 31-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 19 passes made by Luang's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Avery Scharer (185-86, college: Shoreline CC) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points, 12 assists and 4 steals. Nouchan Thavong gets MVP of the Week award for Thailand TBSL (by Interperformances) - 6 days ago
Laos Nouchan Thavong (G) put on an amazing game in the last round for Luang and that's him to receive a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 7. The guard had the game-high 23 points adding five rebounds and seven assists for Luang in his team's victory, helping them to beat Hitech (#1, 6-1) 101-94.
