Thailand Basketball League (2024)
In 2025 BTL became the main league in Thailand as 2024 was the final season of Thailand Basketball League (TBL). It was main basketball league in the country for previous 12 years. The league was dismantled at the end of 2024 season due to organization problems. Their place as the main league in Thailand was taken by Basketball Thai League (BTL) which was considered second division in 2024 season.

Dunkin Raptors claimed TBL title as they swept Tigers in the championship series. Dunkin' Raptors dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Tigers' 32. Pythons clinched the third position in the League as they topped Mammoth to step onto the pedestal. Pythons dominated down low during the game scoring 96 of its points in the paint compared to Mammoth's 48. They outrebounded Mammoth 76-44 including a 28-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. Pythons players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Mammoth's players. American power forward Carl Snyder (207-1999, college: Mayville St.) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 19 rebounds. Wang Shin Kai contributed with a triple-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 13 assists for the winners. Allan Magahus replied with 15 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and American center Raymond Miller (204-1988, college: CS Fullerton, agency: Interperformances) added 13 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for Mammoth. Five Pythons and four Mammoth players scored in double figures.

The standout Ukrainian swingman Sergii Pryimak was voted the Finals MVP of the championship-winning Dunkin' Raptors. He received multiple other awards, was selected as the Forward of the Year, Import Player of the Year and was chosen to the First Team. With Pryimak's outstanding performance, the Dunkin' Raptors achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 9 to 0 in the regular season and 5 to 0 in the Round of 16. Pryimak's excellent performance assisted his team in beating the Tigers 2 to 0 in the final series. He was previously honored as the Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year and named to the First Team last year. Pryimak averaged over 17 points and 13 rebounds per game in the league. He has totalled 5 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 13 games on the year. Pryimak's 31 points against Similan Black Fox were the most he scored in the 2024 season. Among many awards he won the Ukrainian Superleague championship title in 2017 and 2023.

Julien Sargent, 33-year old American center from the Pathum Thani Pythons, was named the Center of the Year at the Thailand Basketball League. He graduated from Mobile ten years ago. Sargent was also voted to the First Team. With Sargent's excellent performance, the Pathum Thani Pythons achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 8 to 1 in the regular season. He received Player of the Week award twice during the 24 campaign. Sargent's court vision was unparalleled as he secured the second spot in rebounds per game, delivering an average of almost 16. He also logged over 11 points per game over the season in the league. Sargent registered double-doubles in 12 games at the event. His 22 points against the Thunders were the most he scored in the 2024 season. Sargent's team was the regular season runner-up in the Spanish EBA Group B-A in 2021.

Carl Snyder, 25-year old American power forward from the Pathum Thani Pythons, was chosen to the First Team of Thailand Basketball League. He is the Mayville State alumni from 2021. Snyder recorded over 16 points and 11 rebounds per game that season in the league. He has totalled 5 games of 20 or more points on the year and registered 30 or more points in 2 games. Snyder had double-doubles in 10 games at the event. His 35 points against the Waves were the most he scored in the 2024 season. Among many awards Snyder's team won the North Star Regular Season in 2021. He was also selected as the USBasket.com All-UBA Sixth Player of the Year in 2022. Snyder was selected to the Central Valley Conference All-Defensive Team back in 2019. He was also selected as the USBasket.com All-UBA Honorable Mention in 2022. Snyder was selected as the UBA All-Star Game in 2022.
