American forward Volante Carroll (201, college: Bluefield) notched a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds to lead the effort and the other American import guard Accheaus Fields (187-1997, college: Averett) supported him with 15 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. Even a double-double of 29 points and 11 rebounds by Ivorian swingman Ibrahim Diaby (191-1986) did not help to save the game for CT Tiger. Forward Mohammed Diaby (196) added 9 points and 11 rebounds for the guests. CT Tiger's coach Prassupa Chitasakit rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Hitech defeated TGE in Game 2 and clinched the BTL title! Hitech made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Hitech outrebounded TGE 50-34 including 18 on the offensive glass. Hitech looked well-organized offensively handing out 33 assists. American power forward John Fields (205-1988, college: Tennessee) had a double-double by scoring 28 points, 22 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international guard Tyler Lamb (195-1991, college: LBSU) chipped in 25 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) during the contest. Four Hitech players scored in double figures. International point guard Frederick Lish (175-1988, college: USA) responded with 30 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and international Moses Morgan (198, college: CS Fullerton, agency: Slash Sports) scored 19 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

The standout American guard Tyler Lamb (6'5''-G-1991) was voted the Player of the Year of the championship-winning Hitech Bangkok City. He graduated from the LBSU nine years ago. Lamb received multiple other awards, was selected as the Guard of the Year, Domestic Player of the Year and was chosen to the First Team. With Lamb's excellent performance, the Hitech Bangkok City achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 12 to 2 in the regular season. His excellent performance assisted his team in beating the Thai General Equipment 2 to 0 in the final series. Lamb averaged almost 25 points and over 5 rebounds per game in the league. He has totalled 12 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 5 games.
Ibrahim Diaby (197-F-2001), 37-year old Ivorian swingman from the CT Tiger, was honored as the Forward of the Year at the Basketball Thai League. He was also named to the First Team. With finesse and precision, Diaby claimed the fourth position in rebounds per game, delivering over 11 rebounds per game average. Diaby also had over 14 points per game that season in the league. He has totalled 3 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 9 games on the year. Diaby's 29 points against the Shoot it Dragons were the most he scored in the 2024 season.
Charles Christien (7'1''-F/C-1981), 43-year old American power forward from the Banvas Slammers, earned the Center of the Year of Basketball Thai League. He is Villanova alumni from 2006. Christien collected multiple other honors, picked up the Import Player of the Year and earned a spot in the First Team. His court vision propelled him to the fifth spot in points per game an outstanding average of over 25 and second position in rebounds per game, averaging almost 14. Christien has totalled 11 games of 20 or more points on the year and logged 30 or more points in 2 games. He registered double-doubles in 10 games at the event. Christien's 35 points against the Warriors were the most he scored in the 2024 season. 9 out of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges.
Frederick Lish (5'9''-PG-1988), American point guard from the Thai General Equipment, was voted to the First Team at the Basketball Thai League. He is ex South Alabama from 2013. Lish's best performance made his team reach the finals but they unfortunately lost against the Hitech 0 to 2. He notched 24 points and over 6 rebounds per game over the season in the league. Lish has totalled 12 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 5 games. Lish's 39 points against the CT Tiger were the most he scored in the 2024 season. Among many awards he was selected as the Asia-Basket All-Thailand Basketball League Player of the Year as well as the Import Player of the Year and First Team back in 2020.
Emmanuel Ejesu (203-C-2004), 20-year old center from the Thai General Equipment, was selected to the First Team of Basketball Thai League. He Ejesu's best performance made his team reach the finals but they unfortunately lost against the Hitech 0 to 2. Ejesu averaged almost 16 points and 10 rebounds per game in the league. He has totalled 2 games of 20 or more points and had double-doubles in 8 games on the year. Ejesu's 24 points against the Banvas were the most he scored in the 2024 season.
