Keelung BK outrebounded Yulon Luxgen 52-35 including a 35-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Wendell Lewis (204-1989, college: Alabama St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 17 rebounds. The former international guard Kai-Hsiang Hu (190-1991) contributed with 21 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Keelung BK players scored in double figures. American Brandon Moss (204-1994, college: LSUA) answered with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 18 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 blocks and the former international point guard Ming-Yi Lin (176-1996) added 11 points in the effort for Yulon Luxgen. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
