There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in TPBL. Coincidentally all hosts won their games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

TPBL round 26 caused change at the leadership position. Twelfth defeat of league's leader Leopards (21-12) against fifth ranked DEA (18-16) 107-93 was the most important game of the last round. N.Taipei CTBC dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Leopards's 34. N.Taipei CTBC looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Montenegrin power forward Nemanja Radovic (208-1991) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds. Swedish forward Viktor Gaddefors (201-1992, agency: 011 Sports) contributed with 23 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. International point guard Jin-Wei Gao (175-2000) replied with 26 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for Taiwan Beer L.Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. N.Taipei CTBC moved-up to fourth place. Taiwan Beer L. at the other side dropped to the second position with 12 games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Dreamers. Taiwan Beer L. will play next round against league's leader Dreamers trying to make it back to the top of the standings. N.Taipei CTBC will try to continue on its current victory against sixth ranked Taipei TM. It will be extra interesting game as Taipei TM is their local rival from Taipei.

Senegalese center Youssou Ndoye (213-1991, college: St.Bonaventure) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 15 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Dreamers have a solid three-game winning streak. As mentioned above they took over a top position. Taipei TM at the other side keeps the sixth place with 22 games lost. Taipei TM will play next round against strong N.Taipei CTBC trying to get back on the winning streak. It will be a derby game for which supporters look forward to, where their team will face at home their local rival from Taipei - N.Taipei CTBC. Dreamers will try to continue on its current victory against second ranked Taiwan Beer L. at Taoyuan.
An interesting game for Dreamers (22-12) which played against 3rd ranked Lioneers (18-14). Second ranked Dreamers managed to get a 6-point victory 92-86. Aric Holman notched 31 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort. Even 21 points and 7 rebounds by Kuo-Hao Kao did not help to save the game for Lioneers. Dreamers have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader. Loser Lioneers keep the third place with 14 games lost. Dreamers will meet league's second-placed Taiwan Beer L. in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Lioneers will play against Taipei TM and hope to secure a win.

In the last game of round 26 bottom-ranked Kaohsiung A. was beaten by N.Taipei CTBC 115-99.
The most impressive performance of 26th round was 22 points and 23 rebounds by Kristijan Krajina of Kaohsiung A..



Dreamers - Taipei TM 99-66

An interesting game for Dreamers (22-12) which played against 3rd ranked Lioneers (18-14). Second ranked Dreamers managed to get a 6-point victory 92-86. American power forward Drew Pember (211-2000, college: UNC Asheville) added 12 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) for Dreamers. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Dreamers have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader. Loser Lioneers keep the third place with 14 games lost. Dreamers will meet league's second-placed Taiwan Beer L. in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Lioneers will play against Taipei TM and hope to secure a win.

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked DEA (18-16) beat bottom-ranked Aquas (9-25) 115-99 on Sunday. N.Taipei CTBC looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The former international guard Ya-Hsuan Hsieh (187-1998) notched 25 points and 6 assists to lead the effort and the former international forward Mohammad Gadiaga (188-1998) supported him with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Even 22 points and 23 rebounds by Croatian center Kristijan Krajina (208-1990, college: Mt.St.Mary's, agency: 011 Sports) did not help to save the game for Kaohsiung A.. American guard Hunter Maldonado (201-1999, college: Wyoming, agency: Octagon Europe) added 33 points (!!!) and 5 assists for N.Taipei CTBC. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. N.Taipei CTBC moved-up to fourth place. Kaohsiung A. lost fourth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 25 lost games. N.Taipei CTBC's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Taipei to the arena Taipei TM.
