Treveon Graham gets MVP of the Week award for Taiwanese PLeague+

Experienced American Treveon Graham (198-G-1993) had a great game in the last round for league's leader Taoyuan Pilots and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents PLeague+ Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 32-year old guard had a double-double of 25 points and 10 rebounds, while his team crushed YKE (#4, 3-14) with 21-point margin 124-103. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. It allowed Pilots to consolidate first place in the Taiwanese PLeague+. Pilots has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 16-1. In the team's last game Graham had a remarkable 62.5% from 2-point range and got four three-pointers out of 6 attempts. It's his second year at Pilots and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Virginia Commonwealth University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Graham is in league's top in points (8th best: 15.7ppg), assists (6th best: 4.0apg) and averages solid 52.3% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American guard Archie Goodwin (196-G-1994) of Taipei Fubon Braves. Goodwin impressed basketball fans with 32 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists. Bad luck as Braves lost that game 87-99 to slightly higher-ranked Pilots (#1, 16-1). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Fubon Braves still maintains its place in the top 3 of the standings, even despite this loss. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 7-12 record. Goodwin is a newcomer at Fubon Braves and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 24.8ppg (#1). He also registered 5.3 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was another Pilots' star - American Will Artino (211-C/F-1992). Artino scored 26 points and grabbed 12 rebounds (!!!). He was another key player of Taoyuan Pilots, helping his team with a 99-87 win against #3 ranked Fubon Braves. Many experts and fans count Pilots as a contender for championship title. Another victory and another confirmation that they may be right. Just look at their record: 16 victories and only one lost game. They are currently at the very top of the standings. Artino has a great season in Taiwan. After 16 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 16.6ppg (6th best) and rebounds with 9.9rpg (3rd best). Will Artino has also Taiwanese passport and can play in the league with a status of domestic player.
