American Power forward Brandon Moss (204-PF-1994) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked Yulon Luxgen Dinos, receiving a Hoops Agents SBL Player of the Week award for round 9.
The 31-year old player recorded a triple-double of 28 points adding also 12 rebounds and 13 assists, while his team crushed Keelung BK (#3, 10-10) with 23-point margin 111-88. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Yulon Luxgen maintains the 2nd position in Taiwanese SBL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Yulon Luxgen will need more victories to improve their 13-7 record. In the team's last game Moss had a remarkable 73.3% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Yulon Luxgen, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Former Louisiana State University at Alexandria star has very solid stats this year. Moss is league's best scorer averaging so far 26.5ppg and leads league in rebounds with 17.1rpg. Moss is in league's top in assists (2nd best: 5.9apg) and averages impressive 2.1bpg and 57.4% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Wendell Lewis (204-C-1989) of Keelung Black Kites. Lewis had a very good evening with a double-double of 25 points and 18 rebounds. Of course Keelung BK cruised to a 84-74 relatively comfortable win over slightly lower-ranked Changhua (#5, 5-15). Keelung BK's 3rd position in the standings has not changed. His team's 10-10 record is not bad at all. Lewis is one of the most experienced players at Keelung BK and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 21.8ppg (#4). He also registered 12.7 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Keelung BK's star - international guard Kai-Hsiang Hu (190-G-1991). Hu scored 25 points and passed 9 assists. He was another key player of Keelung Black Kites, helping his team with a 84-74 win against slightly lower-ranked Changhua (#5, 5-15). Keelung BK needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 10 victories and 10 lost games. Hu has a great season in Taiwan. After 20 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 12.1ppg (8th best) and assists with 3.7apg (3rd best).
