Jalen Harris gets MVP of the Week award for Taiwanese TPBL (by Hoops Agents)

American-Jordanian Jalen Harris (196-SG-1998) had a great game in the last round for league's second-best New Taipei Kings and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 19.
The 27-year old shooting guard had the game-high 42 points adding six rebounds and three assists for Kings in his team's victory, helping them to beat Taiwan Beer L. (#1, 18-8) 114-101. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Kings is placed at 2nd position in Taiwanese TPBL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Kings will need more victories to improve their 15-12 record. In the team's last game Harris had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range and got seven three-pointers out of 10 attempts. He just recently signed at Kings, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Jalen Harris averages this season 25.7ppg and 4.1apg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American shooting guard Lasan Kromah (198-SG-1991, agency: LHZ Sport Agency) of league's best team Taiwan Beer Leopards. Kromah impressed basketball fans with 30 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists. Of course he led Leopards to another comfortable win 116-100 over slightly lower-ranked Kings (#2, 15-12) being unquestionably team leader. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Taiwan Beer L. consolidated its place in the very top position of the standings. His team has currently 18-8 record. Kromah is one of the most experienced players at Taiwan Beer L. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 24.3ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 7.3rpg and 6.5apg.

The third best performed player last round was another Taiwan Beer L.'s star - Filipino Chris McCullough (208-F-1995). McCullough scored 22 points and grabbed 18 rebounds (!!!). He was another key player of Taiwan Beer Leopards, helping his team with a 116-100 easy win against #2 ranked Kings. Leopards confirms their top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 18 victories and 8 lost games. McCullough has a great season in Taiwan. After 19 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 10.1rpg (7th best). He also has 1.3bpg and a FGP of 53.8%.

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
