Experienced Filipino-American Chris McCullough (208-F-1995) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's leader Taiwan Beer Leopards and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 16.
The 30-year old forward had a double-double of 26 points and 15 rebounds, while his team beat Taipei TM (#6, 8-11) 98-87. It allowed Leopards to consolidate first place in the Taiwanese TPBL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Taiwan Beer L. has a very solid 15-5 record, but they cannot be too comfortable about keeping top position. In the team's last game McCullough had a remarkable 64.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Leopards's top player in his first season with the team. Syracuse University graduate has very impressive stats this year. McCullough is in league's top in rebounds (7th best: 9.9rpg) and averages solid 1.4bpg and 51.6% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American forward Jordan Tolbert (200-F-1992) of New Taipei Kings. Tolbert impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 21 points and 15 rebounds. Of course he led Kings to another comfortable win 114-97 over slightly higher-ranked Dreamers (#4, 11-11) being unquestionably team leader. Kings' 5th position in the standings has not changed. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 10-11 record. Tolbert is one of the most experienced players at Kings and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was another Taiwan Beer L.'s star - American Lasan Kromah (198-SG-1991, agency: LHZ Sport Agency). Kromah showcased his all-around game by recording 26 points, 13 rebounds (!!!) and 6 assists in the last round. He was another key player of Taiwan Beer Leopards, helping his team with a 92-88 win against #2 ranked Lioneers in a game of the week. Leopards confirms their top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 15 victories and 5 lost games. Kromah has a great season in Taiwan. After 17 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.9ppg (best scorer) and assists with 6.5apg (2nd best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Joseph Lin (186-G-1992) of Kings - 36 points, 3 rebounds and 8 assists

The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
