An interesting game for Pilots (9-0) which played against second-best Ghosthawks (3-4). Top-ranked Pilots managed to get a 8-point victory 99-91. Pilots made 25-of-28 free shots (89.3 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. 27 personal fouls committed by Ghosthawks helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for the former international power forward Will Artino (211-1992, college: Creighton) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 13 rebounds. American center Alec Brown (216-1992, college: Green Bay) contributed with 15 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American DeMon Brooks (202-1992, college: Davidson) replied with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds for Ghosthawks. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Undefeated Pilots have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 9-0 record. Ghosthawks at the other side keep the second place with four games lost. Pilots will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Ghosthawks will play on the road against Fubon Braves in Taipei and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Chun-Hsiang Lu notched 43 points (!!!), 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort. Even a double-double of 23 points and 16 rebounds by Mindaugas Kupsas did not help to save the game for YKE. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated Pilots have an impressive nine-game winning streak.
