An exciting game was when Second ranked Braves faced their close opponent Ghosthawks. Braves (3-4) smashed Ghosthawks (3-3) 124-86. Fubon Braves dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Ghosthawks' 42. Fubon Braves had a 33-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 60.9 percentage. Fubon Braves looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Ghosthawks' players. The best player for the winners was who scored 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. American forward Troy Gillenwater (205-1988, college: NM State) chipped in 24 points and 6 rebounds. Chieh-Yu Han produced 15 points and 6 rebounds for Fubon Braves. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Despite that victory Fubon Braves went down to third position due to points difference. Ghosthawks at the other side keep the second place with three games lost. Fubon Braves are looking forward to face league's leader Pilots in Taoyuan in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
