Rade Zagorac

Kaohsiung Aquas (TPBL) signed 30-year-old Serbian 204cm forward Rade Zagorac, who last played for Buyukcekmece in the Turkish BSL league. He averaged 6.0ppg and 2.4rpg in 21 games last season. In the 2023-24 season, he played for BC Samara in the Russian league.
In 2016, he was drafted by the Boston Celtics (NBA) in the second round (35th overall).
He was also a member of the Serbian international program for some years. Zagorac played for Serbian Senior National Team between 2015 and 2022 and previously for the Under 20 National Team back in 2015.
He also represented Serbia at the FIBA World Cup 2023 European Qualifiers three years ago. Zagorac's team won Gold and he averaged over 2 ppg.
Zagorac is a very experienced player, having played in Russia (Avtodor), Spain (Real Betis), Serbia (Partizan and Smederevo), and the NBA (Memphis Grizzlies).
Zagorac's team finished as regular season runner-up in the Adriatic League in 2022. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Serbian League Play-Off Honorable Mention in 2021.
