Todorovic's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

33-year old Montenegrin forward Marko Todorovic (208-F-1992) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked New Taipei CTBC DEA and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
He had a double-double of 33 points and 19 rebounds, while his team beat Dreamers (#5, 7-8) 118-104. N.Taipei CTBC maintains the 2nd position in Taiwanese league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. N.Taipei CTBC will need more victories to improve their 8-6 record. In the team's last game Todorovic had a remarkable 64.3% from 2-point range. He turned to be N.Taipei CTBC's top player in his first season with the team. Todorovic has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (4th best: 21.5ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 13.0rpg) and averages solid 52.5% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Drew Pember (211-F/C-2000) of Hsinchu Lioneers. He is American forward in his first season at Lioneers. In the last game Pember recorded an impressive double-double of 32 points and 12 rebounds. Of course he led Lioneers to another comfortable win 98-82 over slightly higher-ranked Taiwan Beer L. (#1, 10-4) being unquestionably team leader. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Lioneers consolidated its place in top 3 of the standings. His team's 7-7 record is not bad at all. Pember is a newcomer at Lioneers and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 21.1ppg (#5). He also registered 12.4 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to center Darral Willis (206-C-1996) of Taipei Taishin Mars (#6). Willis got into 30-points club by scoring 35 points in the last round. He went also for seventeen rebounds and four assists. Despite Willis' great performance the Taipei TM lost 98-108 to slightly higher-ranked Dreamers (#5, 7-8). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Taipei TM needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 6 victories and 6 lost games. Willis has a great season in Taiwan. After only 8 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 26.9ppg (best scorer) and rebounds with 14.5rpg (#1 in league).
