Diamond Stone

Taipei Taishin Mars (TPBL) signed 28-year-old American power forward Diamond Stone (208cm-115kg-1997, college: Maryland). He already started the season at M.Kiryat Gat in Israeli National League. In 6 games, he had very impressive stats: 19.3ppg, 9.8rpg, and 2.2bpg.
In 2016, he was drafted by the New Orleans Pelicans (NBA) in the second round (40th overall). He attended the University of Maryland, and it is his tenth season in pro basketball.
Stone is a highly experienced player, having played in fifteen different countries on four continents. He has played professionally in China, Iran, Israel, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lebanon, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, NBA, NBA G League, Dominican Republic, Taiwan, Mongolia, and The Basketball Tournament. He was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Mongolian League All-Defensive Team in 2025.
Stone won the Balkan League championship title in 2024.
